
INGREDIENTS :-
500 gms lady's finger cut length wise
2 tomatoes - finely chopped
2 big onions - cut length wise
1 spoon ginger paste
1 spoon garlic paste
1/2 tsp of jeera / cumin seeds
2 green chilli chopped length wise1/2 tsp chaat masala
Salt as per taste
1 tsp red chili powder
coriander - garnishing
4 tbsp of oil
